The largest winter weekend east of Quebec City is back! Don't miss the 4th Annual Jack Frost Children's WinterFest presented by the Confederation Bridge taking place in Charlottetown, February 22-24, 2008.

Jack Frost is a family favorite. Each year people anxiously await the arrival of Jack Frost. Now’s your chance to win VIP Tickets to the Festival.
