For the first time in Festival history VIP Passes are now available to the general public. VIP passports will be available for both the licenced and un-licenced areas and offer premium viewing at the front of the crowd, plus exclusive washroom facilities and entry gates. Quantities are limited so be sure to get yours now!
VIP Passports:
Licensed weekend VIP passports are only $199 and un-licensed weekend VIP passports are only $139, both are subject to taxes and a $2 service fee. Passports include admission to two nights of concerts, 7 amazing acts. Quantities are limited
Weekend Passports:
Best Value this summer! General admission weekend passports are only $79 plus taxes and a $2 service fee. With a weekend passport, each night of concerts is only $39.50 per night!! Passports include admission to two nights of concerts, 7 amazing acts. Individual Tickets:Individual tickets to each night’s concert are $42 plus taxes and a $2 service fee. Please note that individual tickets are not available at designated Atlantic Superstores. - April 24: VIP Passports, Weekend Passports and Individual Tickets will be available at the Charlottetown Visitor Information Centre (Founders’ Hall) located at 6 Prince Street (Open daily 9:00am-5:00pm) and Tourism Charlottetown, 91 Water Street (Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:00pm).

CONDITIONS- ALL SALES FINAL – NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Neither the Festival nor Atlantic Superstores accept responsibility for verifying age of majority at point of purchase for licenced VIP Passports. Entry to the licenced VIP Passports area will be restricted to 19 years of age and older.
- Visa and MasterCard ONLY accepted for online and telephone orders.
- Concert goes rain or shine. No refunds if concert is cancelled due to weather conditions that interfere with safety of performers. Persons entering the facility may be subjected to searches for weapons, contraband, cameras, video equipment and recording devices, or other items which are expressly forbidden on the facility premises are subject to confiscation. No chairs, CAMERAS, backpacks or beverages allowed past entry gate. All beverages will be confiscated and ticket holders with alcohol will loose privilege to enter concert grounds. Ticket is for one entry ONLY, re-admittance to festival grounds will not be permitted.
- The Confederation Landing Park is a non-smoking venue. Please be courteous and respectful to your fellow patrons and refrain from smoking with the festival concert grounds.
- Once the ticket holder has entered the festival site they will not be permitted to leave the festival grounds.
- ID may be requested at entrance to the Molson Canadian Beer Gardens. Must be 19 years of age or older. For the evening concerts site gates will be open at approximately 4:00 pm on Friday, July 3rd and Saturday July 4th.
-All sales are subject to credit card approval and verification of your billing address.
- All online orders for VIP Passports, Weekend Passports and Individual Tickets will be confirmed by e-mail. When filling out the order form, please enter a valid e-mail address to receive your confirmation. Confirmation of your order will be confirmed on your screen, once order has been submitted and processed. Confirmation will also be sent by e-mail. Please write this information down or print off for future reference. Must have a copy of web and/or phone confirmation number to pick up Passports/ Tickets on-site.
- Passports/ Tickets purchased online and by phone will be processed immediately. Purchaser has two options to receive their tickets Option 1: By MAIL (at an additional fee)or Option 2: Picked up at the Festival Office on site located at the Confederation Landing Park on the grounds of the Historic Charlottetown Waterfront at the foot of Great George Street beginning at noon on July 3rd.
- MAIL delivery option: Mail delivery option is only available on orders prior to June 17, 2009. If you would like the Passports/tickets to be mailed to you, there will be a $5.00 mailing delivery fee added to your order. Your Passports/tickets will be delivered by regular mail. Passport/tickets will be mailed out within 72 hours of ordering. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery. Organizers are not responsible for any Passports/Tickets that are lost or undelivered.
- PICK UP delivery option: Passport/Tickets will be available for pick-up at the Festival Office on site located on the Historic Charlottetown Waterfront at the foot of Great George Street from noon to close on July 3 and July 4. Purchaser must have a copy of web and/or phone confirmation number to pick up Passports/ Tickets. To avoid line ups it is recommended that Passports/Tickets be picked up at least 2 hours before show time.
