| Hedley Joins NICKELBACK Lineup on June 30th |

(Charlottetown, PE – May 2, 2007) Canada’s multi-platinum rock sensation ~ Nickelback will headline this year’s Atlantic Superstore Festival of Lights on Saturday, June 30th along with Staind and Hedley. Friday, June 29th Buckcherry takes to the stage with Finger Eleven and another act yet to be named.
Tickets will go on sale Tuesday, May 15th. Friday night tickets are $30.00 and Saturday night tickets are $40.00. Weekend passports offer the best value at ONLY $49.00 – a savings of $21.
Applicable taxes and a $2 service and handling fee will apply to all tickets.
Starting May 15th, individual tickets and passports can be purchased at Founders’ Hall, online at www.festivaloflightspei.com or by calling the Aliant Festival Hotline at 1-800-955-1864. Weekend Passports will be available at Atlantic Superstores across PEI and select locations across the Maritimes. New for 2007, online orders will have the option to have tickets mailed out for an additional $5 fee. This service will apply to ticket orders received before June 11th. The Atlantic Lottery Concert Series has sold out the last several years. Concert-goers are encouraged to get their tickets early. The Atlantic Superstore Festival of Lights offers the opportunity to see great acts an intimate venue which is limited to 10,000 ticket holders.
The Atlantic Superstore Festival of Lights is in its 12th year and has become Canada's Largest Birthday Celebration east of Ottawa featuring live outdoor concerts on the waterfront, Aliant International Buskers, Children's Village; Kent Building Supplies Concert for Canada and the largest fireworks display in Atlantic Canada.

Background: The Atlantic Superstore Festival of Lights is the largest multi-day Canada Day celebration east of Ottawa. The event features the largest fireworks display in Atlantic Canada as well as the Atlantic Lottery Concert Series featuring live outdoor concerts on the Historic Charlottetown Waterfront. Last year marked the 11th anniversary of the celebration, with over 81,745 visits and an estimated economic impact of $4.8 million to the provincial economy. The Atlantic Superstore Festival of Lights is a project of Tourism Charlottetown, and the official kick-off to summer on Prince Edward Island.
