Charlottetown Festival announces three French shows this summer

Charlottetown – French Acadian music, dance and comedy join The Charlottetown Festival this summer with three Island groups performing throughout July and August at the Confederation Centre of the Arts. Gadelle, En Acadie, and Vishten bring their bilingual shows to Studio 2 on selected dates between July 15 and August 22.

Confederation Bridge Concert Series brings home the talent

High Tech Treasure Hunt for Jack Frost Children’s WinterFest Passes

Somewhere in Prince Edward Island’s south shore region, 4 weekend passes to the Jack Frost Children’s WinterFest are waiting to be found but in order to locate them, treasure hunters will need a GPS unit.  To make it even more challenging, the GPS coordinates where the “Jack the Nipper” cache is hidden and will not be made public until 6:00 pm on Friday, February 6, 2009.
